PANVISION services like the free e-mail service along with its third party cooperative providers shall not be held liable for any claims or the right to recover any damages including the loss of data, and profit, or any other claims. You agree that PANVISION service is provided "as is". We have taken great care, and precautions to ensure that you have a quality service. However, PANVISION cannot be held responsible for any bugs in the system,viruses attacking though the web, server downtime or network congestion, that result in lost email or delivery delays. Great care has been taken, and our system is monitored for any defects in the PANVISION software, hardware or networks.

PANVISION shall reserve the right to terminate Any User Or Users without notice or any reason we deem detrimental to our Anti-Spam service. PANVISION does not in any way sell or resell its services to anyone. MailPlus users that have decided to pay for their MailPlus Account have absolutely no economical connections with our free services.You decide by your own free will to pay directly to our core provider through
a secure way.PANVISION will not receive or collect now or in the future a part or whole of this payment. PANVISION will provide free support to all its MailPlus users.

PANVISION reserves the right to refuse e-mail account activation or cancel an already active account of any member found to be abusing the service in any way.

PANVISION will not be responsible for "lost" or "misdirected" email, nor for the "loss" or incorrect settings for an email client setup. Due to the nature of the business and unpredictable traffic flow, no time limit is placed on when you will receive your email. PANVISION will not be held responsible for any damages, loss of data, or other problems associated with the use of our website. You agree to accept our PANVISION updates, published as we deem necessary. There may be advertising included from merchants and associates that PANVISION feels may be of benefit to our members. Since the system updates often contain information vital to the successful operation of PANVISION you may not opt out of its delivery. The only way to stop receiving the updates is to terminate your account. To terminate your account send an email to support@gto.gr.

When registering for a free e-mail account you have the option to configure your account not to receive third party e-mail passing through our system. This configuration will not stop incoming e-mail deriving from external sources that we do not control.

In order to register and hold a free e-mail account with us one must be above 18 years old. It is PANVISION strong advise not to offer your e-mail to unknown web sites or other promotional e-mail arriving to your inbox. Use your e-mail with care and always check as best as possible to whom you are providing your e-mail. If possible always use an ANTIVIRUS software that scan incoming attachments that others send you attached to your e-mail.

Limited Warranty. You acknowledge that the Services are provided "as is". PANVISION is not responsible for and hereby disclaims any warranties, either expressed or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or validity of the data and/or completeness, non infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of information delivered by it's service.

PANVISION does not accept other web sites for advertisement inside its web pages. We only accept web sites that we have in advance reviewed We may terminate any given link from inside our web site any time without prior notice to anyone related to the terminatinated link.

PANVISION may monitor inbound and outbound IP and ISP information for the safety and security of our system against SPAM and ABUSE for individuals attacking this system or from users within our own system that create problems to others.
PANVISION may use other software applications that pinpoints trace routes up to user level in order to find the individual that created a security problem to our system or abused this network and users.

PANVISION reserves the right to hand over these information to the proper local or international authorities in case of serious ABUSE or SPAM.

Use of information obtained from or through the Services is at your risk. Under no circumstances will PANVISION nor any of its guest web sites-agents, be liable to you or any other person for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through the Services.
