Area description

The apartments are found in the west of the island in the village of Tsoukalades, 5km after the city of Lefkas and 10 minutes by car from the village of Agios Nikitas. A beautiful footpath, with wildflowers and trees, guides you to the slopes of the mountain. Here, this cool and quiet location in an olive grove is where the apartments are situated. They have a view of the Ionian Sea, with one of the most beautiful and romantic sunsets.

The numerous beaches that surround the apartments are of the most beautiful Lefkas has to offer: Agios Nikitas Beach, Kathisma, Agios Giannis, Kaminia, Porto Katsiki, Gialoy Skala, Mylos, Pefkoulia, Egremnoi, Gyalos. Their captivating crystal clear waters with shades ranging from deep blue to turquoise and their remarkable unsoiled light pebbles will remain unforgettable.

Many beautiful traditional villages, both along the coast and in the mountains, which are near the apartments, are waiting to be explored. The numerous traditional cozy tavernas of the village offer you local delicacies and hours of peaceful respite (Rodon, Elia, Psaropoula). 
 
Accommodation description

The apartments are 40 - 45 square metres each, and are fully equipped (fridge, kitchenette, stove, complete set of cutlery, television, sheets, towels, a/c, heating in the winter and hot water 365 days a year). The wooden balcony doors even have sliding meshing added to keep out the insects.

Drinking you coffee or eating lunch in the cool and spacious veranda of your apartment, you will enjoy an amazingly panoramic view. The olive grove, the village, the Ionian, the coast of Epirus (Preveza, Aktio, Parga), the pine forest opposite the apartments, are your horizon.
